Greg never thought he would be a Realtor, but has always loved real estate. He grew up in Dutton, MT, a small farming community in north central Montana. He learned hard work at a young age, working 90+ hours a week for a farm in the busy season. He has always been entrepreneurial, with many successful business adventures along the way.
Greg attended Montana Tech where he received a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering (Magna Cum Laude). He worked all over the US in his career and ultimately, was fortunate enough to move to Denver, Colorado 11 years ago and now calls it his permanent home with his beautiful wife Cara and wonderful son Axel. He left the corporate world as Chief Operating Officer to become a Realtor as his full-time job. The life experience from his corporate career has helped him immensely with his real estate business.
Greg is unique in that prior to becoming a Realtor he had personally built and flipped homes. He transacted real estate in multiple states using several different agents and so he knows what it is like to be on your end of the deal. He has taken the best parts from all his personal experiences with agents and combined them into how he treats his clients which is 100% focused on them and meeting their long term goals. Every deal and every individual are unique and Greg prides himself in taking the time to get to know each client and how to best negotiate on their behalf.
Greg’s goal is to be #1 in customer service, not the #1 producer. He does this by maximizing proceeds for his sellers, but not sacrificing speed of sale, and finding his buyers a permanent home that they love. He has found that his approach is unique and has allowed him to build a terrific reputation in a short period of time. You won’t be disappointed in his knowledge base and attention to detail.
