I recently moved up to Colorado from Georgia and Greg helped me find a place out here. Overall Greg was great to work... with and helped me find a place quickly in a little over a month of me arriving. Greg was super easy to communicate with and was timely with responses whether it be phone/email/text. Since I'm also not familiar with the area Greg was also a great source of knowledge about the local Colorado communities which made me feel more confident in my home buying experience. He was able to answer any questions I had and also gave some shout outs to any problem spots he noticed when we were looking at homes. This was especially helpful since I don't know a lot about what to look out for with buying homes here in CO.I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy a home here!read more

He did an amazing job keeping... up with market value to help us be realistic about home worth both when we were buying and selling. He is so knowledgeable about the whole process and will walk you through everything he notices in a home to make sure you know what you are getting. Greg is a very professional person, down to earth and very easy to work with and knowledgeable. He was also very... patient with my questions and how little I knew about buying a house. Greg finds out what you are looking for without being pushy and is willing to meet at houses with a less than desirable notice. He was positive and always helpful in determining my needs or the needs of a home being looked at.. I.e. new windows, floor, paint, age of decor, appliances and most important, how to get the house you want if you say, let’s do it. Greg got things done quickly and always responded to phone calls and text messages promptly. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or a veteran buyer, I would recommend Greg!read more

We worked with Greg to buy a house in this crazy market. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t quick. We even thought about... quitting a few times, but he never lost his cool and motivated us without being pushy. The end result is we’re in a house we love.We actually toured a few houses with other agents and opted to work with Greg because he was well-versed in the local market, had relevant engineering knowledge, was always down to look at houses, and was just generally easy to get along with. He also seemed to weirdly enjoy going into crawl spaces. Greg- you’re invited to poker night anytime.read more

Greg was our realtor for over six months while we tried to purchase our first home in the insane Denver market of early... 2021. It was apparent from our first time touring a house with Greg that he is honest and has an eye for structural details/defects; he's the type of person you want on your side when looking to buy a home. Never pushy, always patient. I can't tell you how many houses we toured (so many), but after submitting eighteen offers we finally got one.As first-time home buyers who knew very little about the process, Greg was so good at explaining what all the documents and terms were along the way. And guess what? He has continued to assist us in our home-owning journey even after close. Greg has so many skills beyond your typical realtor. Also, he is a guy you'd enjoy having a beer with. Greg far exceeded my expectations. I have bought and sold 6 homes and this was by far the most honest and... straightforward agent I have ever worked with. He is very detailed and thinks through all the pros and cons of every move you make like a Chess champion in a sea of Checkers players! We recently moved to Colorado and were hoping to secure a home quickly as we are expecting our first child in a few... months. We contacted Greg with the crazy timeline of getting us accepted on a house within 1 week. Given the current market this was somewhat of an impossible ask but Greg managed to pull it off and within 1 week we had an offer accepted on a house that met all our needs, and was within our price range (we had had 5 offers rejected working with another real estate agent by this point). Unfortunately, due to inspection and appraisal issues we ended up terminating our contract but Greg was there to help us through all our questions and concerns. We are first time buyers and his experience and expertise was exactly what we needed. He was always responsive and willing to meet us last minute when we would see a house come on the market we wanted to view. Given our time constraints we have decided to rent for now but we are still so happy with our experience working with Greg. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Denver (or surrounding) area.read more

Greg is a fantastic guy with a lot of knowledge about homes....new or old. We called him over to ask about whether or... not we should update the house or sell as is, or even sell at all. Greg came over very quickly and had a ton of information for us and told us what we should do with our house...even if he wasn't selling it. First off, I never write reviews, but for Greg I'll make an exception.Without a doubt, I would ask Greg to help me... buy and sell other properties in the future!I contacted him for assistance in selling my home, and within five minutes I knew I could trust him to get me the best deal - competent and pressure-free. I had interviewed two other agents from different agencies before meeting Greg, but they were simply lacking: one wanted to low-ball the starting price and "hope it gets bid up," and the other put too much confidence in his "market research" even though his 'comp' data listed my house in the wrong HOA.Greg looked at where the market was, paid attention to the improvements that had been made but not yet reflected in the official assessments, and suggested we target the highest range of potential valuation and adjust as necessary (which matched my philosophy). There were enquiries within days and official offers within a week. Greg was steady in his advice, offering guidance through all potentialities but firmly drawing the line where I should consult with an attorney or accountant. I made the final decision based on which offer made the most sense for me, and Greg provided the perfect balance with the buyers for accommodation, or push-back, to ensure the deal made it to completion.I had wanted to downsize, capture equity before any economic downturn, and planned to rent for awhile; but, the process with Greg was so smooth I decided to buy a condo instead. Honestly, I feared that Greg might not be as motivated with a transaction worth much less than selling my house, but my concerns were unnecessary - he worked even harder! It took a few half-days of searching to narrow down my parameters, but once I found The Place, we worked on putting together an offer that was appropriate for the property. Greg not only worked hard on getting my offer seriously considered several times - at below-asking - he continued to suggest and show me other options in case The Place didn't work out. In the end, I got the ideal place for me! A lot of that is due to Greg's professionalism and hustle.Again, I hope to work with Greg in the future, too.read more

Greg went out of his way to make my house catch the buyers eye. He rearranged my house to his appeal. He did touch-up... paint, and even pulled nails out of my walls. Greg saved me! I was in a dire position (starting divorce process, no real income with kids) and no one could or would... help me. Greg answered on the first call even though he was on his roof top cleaning his gutters! He got straight to work for me and helped me for over a month trying to find a suitable home for my children and me! I honestly do not know what I would have done without, Greg!I had very little to offer (low credit score, disabled) and he found me countless places that would accept me, on the first day! He made hundreds of e-mails on my behalf and SEVERAL phone calls that not only were professional but personable! He then took the time to weed out those that didn't meet those specs and optimized our time to help us find the right house in a matter of weeks, not months.
